Abstract

Business ethics is becoming increasingly relevant in the modern business environment, where businesses face pressure to achieve financial profits while maintaining ethical integrity and social responsibility. This study highlights the importance of integrating business ethics into business management and its positive impact on various operational aspects, including organizational culture, reputation, and relationships with customers and related parties. Integrating business ethics begins with establishing core values that underlie all company actions. This involves establishing a clear code of ethics and effective communication with all members of the organization. Companies that adhere to business ethics tend to create an organizational culture that prioritizes integrity, honesty, and responsibility. Companies that integrate business ethics into their management practices have the opportunity to improve their reputation in the eyes of stakeholders. By behaving ethically, businesses build trust among consumers, investors, and communities, which has a positive impact on business development and sustainability.
